I feel-- the human immune system have general immunity and specific immunity to specific disease agents and the percentage is expressed by some doctors to explain to common man regarding the status of immunity --as immunity is a vast subject and to discuss in detail about the increase and decrease in immunity in technical terms may be more complicating and confusing to a common patient .----subject to corrections by my collegues.

It depends on the type of vaccine you have taken. If the surgery is not an emergency, take the vaccine and after 4 weeks preferably plan for surgery.
The vaccine will not complicate the surgery.

The cdc recommends that an infant receive the first dose at age 2 months, the second dose at age 4 months, and the third dose, depending on which vaccine is being used, at age 6 months. Both vaccines require a booster shot sometime between ages 12 and 15 months. No child younger than 6 weeks should receive the vaccine.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Most people who get mild viral meningitis usually recover completely in 7 to 10 days without treatment. Antiviral medicine may help people with meningitis caused by viruses such as herpesvirus and influenza.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

When your baby is six weeks old, it is recommended they have three vaccines: combined (or hexavalent) dtpa-hib-ipv-hepb, 13vpcv, and rotavirus. Only two of the vaccines are needles, usually given in babies' legs. The rotavirus vaccine is given as drops put into your baby's mouth.
