thyroid - shalgam, sweet potato, arbi,more of cauliflower, cabbage,brocolli, soyabean (granules, dal), processed food, packed food, tinned food, pickles,papad, chutney,more of table salt in the diet, green peas. Uric acid - whole pulses, rajmah,chana (black and white), soya, paneer,egg, chicken,fish.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Yes absolutely, depending upon how much tooth is broken can be restored caped rct and then caped extract and then replace for deciding one has to see either xray of patient. Or at least patient.
