After cholecystectomy you can not eat too much food at a one time.
Due to overeating the severe pain may came but I can't say that it's a only after cholecystectomy 's pain.
Need to go with a doctor for severe pain.

2. Better to take plenty of fruits and vegetables, protein diet, plenty of water is good for health.

Thank you for your query.
You need to have a cereal, protein and fat source.
Juices, buttermilk and banana are not an option for lunch. You can always have an usal pav or egg pav or dosa sambar or idli chutney or sandwich or curd rice or zunka bhakri or dal rice. It's not necessary to only have roti, you can have rice, pav, bhakri, poha as well.

Instead of low fat meals, eat protein rich foods in every meal like egg white, sprouts, tofu, soya chunks, paneer, daals, chicken and fish. This would help you cut down fat fast and build some quality muscles.

To gain weight you need to include
1. Calorie dense, protein rich foods in your diet. 2. Follow a 5-6 meal pattern
3. Include healthy fats.
4. Take proper sleep.
5. Drink plenty of fluids.
6. Indulge in some resistant training exercises
definitely can be replaced with roti and other healthy cereals.
