I got married. Since 4 years no baby. Periods only comes for 2 days, fimberal right tube is blocked. Left is open. 17 mm came in sonography .i don't know it's meaning. Eggs cheek thank he. Do I have hydroshalphinx can anybody told me n ayurvedic medicines to treat infertility. Im afraid of ivf as chances r 40%.n they will remove my tubes? Also fibroid ,cyst I don't know I can send you reports if you can tell me.

Inj. Hcg 5000 or 10000 ova rupture ke liya lagaya jata hai. If you do insemination of normal semen then only pregnancy can happen.

Hello doctor. I did follicular study this month. And on 11th day of my cycle the follicle size was 11.2 mm and 11 mm. On 13th day of my cycle it was 11.8 mm and 11. 5 mm.nd on 16th day reports shows regressed. Wt does that mean. I was consuming metformin these days. Please tell me y it happened and it does affect pregnancy or not. Is this a problem of concern and wt medicine or injection I should take to improve my egg quality.

Hi, yes the eggs have not grown. No chance of pregnancy this month. After period meet a fertility specialist who will do ultrasound, give ovulation medication and do follicular study.

Food- Nutrition in pregnancy - general, advise high protein, all vitamins, minerals, omega-3, calcium, supplements like folic acid, DHA, Iron.
Supplements must.
For constipation high fibre in diet or supplements. May need occasionally medicine- ask your obstetrician

Bleeding after methotrexate for withdrawal is not absolutely necessary but you should correlate with your beta hcg once the beta hcg levels drop down you will get your period automatically.

You urgently need to consult a medicine specialist. Artesunate is generally safe in pregnancy and won't affect the baby. But fever needs to be brought down under control or it is detrimental to both.

If patient is asthmatic and the above drug could control her symptoms before pregnancy, then there is no harm if the drug is continued. But if patient is not asthmatic, it's better to go for other drugs.
