hello ibrahim ji. masturbation causes testosterone dip but that's just transient so it should not affect ur gym. however to have maximum benefit of ur gym, its better not to do it more than twice per week

Hello- Combating any type of addiction requires self-determination, discipline and maybe professional help. You must be mentally prepared to quit. You need to discipline your mind and refrain from masturbating. And if need be, you need to seek out professional help. It’s best to start quitting gradually. If you masturbate 30 times a week (roughly two times a day), try masturbating once a day. Each week, reduce the amount you masturbate by half until you reach zero.

Yes, it's not good for u. 1. Identify your triggers to arousal and avoid them 2. Limit your exposure to pornographic material. 3. Stash sex-objects. 4. Limit your internet use 5. Distracting yourself-- do something else. Try to be as busy as possible during the day and night. Keep your mind focused on activities that do not stimulate your sexual fantasies. 6. Exercise. Exercise may help reduce sexual desires. If you masturbate to reduce stress at times, exercise is a healthy alternative because it releases endorphins in your brain which make you feel happier and less stressed 7. Keep your bladder as empty as possible. The urge to urinate can be mistaken by the body as the urge for sex/masturbation. Go to the bathroom before you go to sleep at night and immediately when you wake up in the morning. Even if you feel the slightest urge to urinate, relieve yourself as soon as possible. 8. Hello doctor, I am male 22 years old. I started masturbation at the age of 13. Now I want to quit masturbation. But I can't.but I am reduced now. Now,i am facing lot of health issues. I am less hunger. My stomach gets full even I ate little food. My joints are weak. I am getting cracking sounds from body. Sometimes getting neck pain and back pain. I become very lean. Just 53 kg my height is 5.9 feet. I want to gain weight but I can't eat more. And I want to recover my body back from all these issues. Even though many of these have been debunked several times, they seem to resurface time and time again. Most claims about masturbation are not backed up by science. There is often no scientific evidence to show that masturbation causes any of the adverse effects suggested. Masturbation will not cause: blindness hairy palms impotence later in life erectile dysfunction penis shrinkage penis curvature low sperm count infertility mental illness physical weakness some couples worry that their relationship must be unsatisfying if either one of them masturbates; this, too, is a myth. For weight gain you can try this - 1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Otherwise masturbation is totally harmless unless it interferes in your daily routine or productive jobs. If your habit of masturbation is adversely affecting your daily routine, then you may need counselling to get rid of this issue.

Its called 'dry orgasm' probably caused by retrograde ejaculation i.e instead of getting released out of the urethra, the semen goes in to the bladder and mixes with urine, causing cloudy urine after orgasm. It doesn't cause any harm per se as the individual still achieves orgasm as semen is released from the testes but the only issue which is bothering is infertility as there might be very less amount of semen coming out as ejaculate which might be insufficient for conception, in that case you might need to seek treatment with a urologist. So, in a nut shell you don't need to worry at all for now as the condition is probably transient for now and it may not last long.
