Hi lybrate-user, if there is diagnostic dilemma. We can always go for re histopathology and ihc evaluation on first biopsy block and compare those with relapsed biopsy block, I hope might be this may help you. If the disease has relapsed in one month of treatment, this it must be some high grade lymphoma. Cytogenetics and protein electrophoresis can also help you diagnosis.
