keep your body straight.

Did she faint or just fell down. If she faint then do consult neurologist asap. If only fell down - get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Dear lybrate-user, firstly just relax. You have high blood pressure which may be the only reason for your vertigo and headache, so that you should consult a general physician sooner the better. You also need a thorough vestibular (balance) assessment for vertigo. To my mind you are trying to explain that there is fullness in your head and it could be due to balance organ or head itself (central nervous system. Please therefore my advise is to also consult a ent specialist as soon as possible.

First of all considering all the conditions you have mentioned r you sure you had vertigo?. Because vertigo by definition means spinning sensation either you with respect to surrounding or vice versa, dizzyness can also be defined as uneazyness, blackouts etc as in sudden loss of balance or consciousness, also is the vertigo associated with nausea or vomiting. So this requires a proper history. please visit an ent specialist for proper evaluation as differential diagnosis of vertigo can be many.
