Dear madam, it looks like the psychosis (hallucinations) are responding to aliment, but some of the symptoms you mentioned are suggestive of depressive disorder. I would suggest that you bring them to the notice o the treating psychiatrist. Psychosis can occur as part of a major depressive episode too and sometimes, it takes a few visits to get a clear picture. You might be having bppv (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, it is a benign disorder, and it usually occurs on changing head positions and disappears after sometimes, it may not require any medicine but rather a manoeuvre to settle it. Or it may be other cause. Go and visit an ent specialist.

4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
