Hello. Good afternoon. I saw your question. I will say you a solution to this. Crooked teeth has to be either extracted or aligned in correct place and position. Certain crooked teeth has to be only extracted. Certain can be aligned. I advice you to follow up with a clinical oral cavity picture privately. Because the patient details like xrays and pictures won't be displayed in public. It will be seen only in private. For your sake. Thank you.

Hello Lybrate user. The jaw may be aligned skeletally or dentally. The treatment plan including orthodontic braces will depend on the malocclusions you have. But the treatment procedure usually takes time from one year to one and half years. Take an orthopantamogram and consult me for further details. Thank you.

If there are overlapped teeth in front it can have a space discrepancy in the arch which has to be corrected by braces which you can avail at any dental college & hospital nearby whether govt or private (college) you may get treatment at affordable expenses. Other options are with removable appliances which usually are plate like and to be worn for a long time but the results are quite variable depending on the case. Kindly consult a govt hospital or a dental college nearby.

Hello lybrate-user,
greetings
purpose of wearing sport shoes is to have a soft heel. As hard surface (heel) will aggravate the pain. Check if you are vit d deficient. In case of any deficiencies only physical therapy will not help you much. Even if the pain is gone it will recur. I hope that helps.
