Paget disease can be treated by removing the entire breast (mastectomy) or breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by whole-breast radiation therapy. Hi. The teeth that is not in proper alignment will not cause stammering but it may pose discomfort while speaking. I would suggest you to visit your nearby dentist as per your convenience and if the milk teeth is still present get it extracted and then go for braces so as to bring out the teeth which is inwards into proper alignment.

It's not like that. During this treatment most of patients not able to brush their teeth and food particles are sticking in teeth. If you not maintain your oral hygiene that may cause bleeding gums, receding gum. So pls take time to brush in proper manner specialised brush and techniques. Do deep cleaning by dentist.
