Relax. This variation is insignificant. Don't test so frequently. Repeat after 6 months. Till then if you are having any symptoms, get in touch with your doctor. Your hemoglobin is fine. So don't worry.

If its a growing mole, better to see a dermatologist or a cancer surgeon. They would do a biopsy to rule out cancer. The red spots are usually the Campbell De Morgan spots, which are benign, but show those also to the doctor you see, as they need to rule out spider nevi or hemangiomas.

Treatment goes in 3 ways depending on the condition:
1. Induction therapy:
kills leukemia cells in the blood and bone marrow to induce remission. Treatments include chemotherapy and corticosteroids. 2. Consolidation therapy
This include more chemotherapy and may include stem cell transplant.
3. Maintenance therapy: This also prevents any remaining leukemia cells from growing. This may be done using lower doses of chemotherapy than those used during induction or consolidation.

Dear lybrate-user,
Unfortunately, till to date we have not been able to understand the mechanism of relapse with respect to the diet or immunity. Once therapy is over, as declared by the Hematologist, follow up at regular intervals is the best practice.
