i would advice you to kindly visit a physician for the same.
emperically if you feel the cause is related to eye pathology,I would advice you to kindly get a proper and thorough eye examination under slit lamp, peripheral retinal screening, refractive error testing, and orthoptics examination to rule out the differentials of such condition.

Hello-
You are suffering from leakage. A “leaky penis” can be used to describe the random release of either seminal fluids or urine that dribbles out of the urethra. It’s an unfortunate condition, unsightly and unsanitary. But men don’t have to be relegated to it; it can be treated.

Fortunately ayurveda has an answer to that. You need to start medicines which improve secretion of testosterone hormone and energize nerve of the male genital region to stop easy flow of semen. Active and energetic nerve brings much better control over ejaculation and male can prevent the disc...more

Dear lybrate-user, the wattery substance that comes out is termed as precum. Precum is a natural feedback mechanism within our body on sexual arousal which is 100% normal some males have less and some have quite more, quantity doesn't matter, so. Do not think it's a disease and do use of oil for massage etc which can further cause more discharge, for further evaluation of your case, you can consult me private either online or in person.
The issue as described by you above is termed as precum...more
