Hi, I can understand your concern for your brother. He must be going through the break up depression. De does need to be handled by professional psychologist and if needed for medical treatment. Many times counseling itself helps though it takes a little long. Family support is the most important key factor.

Stretch every morning and evening. Even basic stretches can help relieve anxiety and keep you in tune with your body.
Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. You’ll feel more energized.
