If angiogram is normal There is no block in vessels. LGL is usually categorized in a class of preexcitation syndromes that includes the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW). In Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome, an extra electrical pathway between your heart's upper and lower chambers causes a rapid heartbeat. The extra pathway is present at birth and fairly rare. This is due to electrical anomalies of heart beat and need medicines

I think you are balanced translocation carrier for chromosome 14/21. In this case in each pregnancy you need to go for amniocentesis at 16 weeks pregnancy to diagnose whether baby has chromosomal defect or not. Or else you can go for ivf with pgs (preimplantation genetic screening) pregnancy.

Hi
As the test result says, there is lower chances of your baby getting affected by Down's syndrome. But these tests doesn't have 100 percent detection rate so best result that they can give is low risk.
So relax and follow up with your gynaecologist regularly.
Best wishes.

For Edward syndrome (Trisomy 18) and Patau syndrome (Trisomy 13) there is high risk. Hence you will have to do Amniocentesis to rule out the risk.
