your mother is suffering from anaplastic astrocytoma grade 3 left frontal tumor post-op f/b post chemoradiation. On f/u she is on t.encorate 500 mg an antiepileptic drug. Recent mri brain shows local recurrence after 2 years gap but I want to know the size, site of recurrence. To discuss about the treatment. I'm unable to see your dicom files.

On an upward incline your foot will have to dorsiflex (that is toes and foot move upwards to clear the ground) more than normal. Repetitive use would make the muscles in front of shin to work harder and does not relax. Body takes time to adapt and grow. If the pain is in the bone, please check for tender spots. If present, you may need to lower activity below pain threshold. If pain is in muscles, adding stretching and strengthening exercises may help.

apply icepack to the shin for 15-20 mins daily.
Keep your leg at rest and apply volini oitment to the shin.
Avoid standing for long time.
