Your breast may be swollen due to another reason. Ringworm is not the cause of swollen breast. Get a usg done and the doctor will tell you if there is pus Or not. Please note that swolling of breast is not a contraindication to breast feeding. You should empty your breast properly during each feed because the milk which remains becomes a harbouring ground for bacteria.
