wash the affected skin two to three times a day.
Keep the affected area dry.Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear.

You can use any antifungal cream/lotion/powder fro 2-4 weeks. Clothes must be dry and not irritating to the area, should be loose. Undergarments should be washed in boiling water to prevent reinfection.
