Ringworm is a very small but difficult disease to get rid of. You need to take care of your hygiene and do regular doctor checkups and follow-up for 6 months, then only it will go permanently. You will have to take medicines orally for 15-30 days and topical (on skin) application of oinment for 3-4 months. You should not discontinue. Then it'll be cured permanently.

There is no particular diet really to cure ringworm. Just eat healthy as you would for any other health condition. You need to treat with proper medication and maintain hygiene including proper hygiene for clothes and other items used by you. Ring worm unfortunately can live in the body for a very long time, so recurrences are common.
