You can apply candid b cream for now.
Proper application advisable- apply the cream from outside to inside in circular pattern, do not spread the cream outside the border of the lesion. Apply to all the lesions separately.

1.nipple scaling and dryness can be due to eczema- kindly use adequate moisturisers like nivea or vaseline moisturisers ,u can use almond butter base also 3 times a day 2 ring worm is unlikely to happen in nipple for ring worm if it is confirmed infection then anti fungal cream and tablets should be used. I would prefer to see the ring worm pictures to confirm if it so we will start on medications. Regards.
