You need to take chemotherapy as per the advice of medical oncologist. The response is assessed by repeat PET CT scan. Your medical oncologist will be able to tell you the progress in your case with treatment.

Treatment will be depend on biopsy report, patient general condition and other comorbidity. According to PET scan report chemotherapy and radiotherapy will cure disease.
