Hello dear Lybrate user,
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* This is not in relation with spinal anesthesia, but it is due to
age related changes over the vertebrae which may be spondylosis
or others. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.

More than coitus, it is related with your life style, exercises and sleeping mattresses. Do not do any work or exercise in which you need to lift heavy weights especially from front and end forwards. Do not sleep in sagging soft thick mattresses. Do extension exercises by bending backwards. Do not allow yourself to gain weight.

Hi lybrate user , Maintaining muscle strength and flexibility can help prevent shoulder dislocations. Once your shoulder is dislocated, physiotherapy may help prevent you from dislocating it in the future. Through restoring your shoulder's range of motion and physical strength, your risk for dislocation decreases.

Poor sitting posture is a common cause of sciatica. To assist the support of your lower back many simple and effective products have been developed over time. These include:
lumbar d-roll
bassett frame
kinesiology lumbar tape
please ask your physiotherapist for their advice in what will help you most.
This simple stretch helps relieve sciatica pain by loosening your gluteal and piriformis muscles, which can become inflamed and press against the sciatic nerve.

Starting an exercise program
have your physician clear you for exercise. Do not start exercising if you are currently in an inflammatory flare.
Seek expert guidance from a physical therapist who understands myositis diseases. Have the therapist work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.
With the guidance of the therapist, learn how to do the exercises correctly. After that, you can probably do them on your own.

Treat uneven legs
if you have a leg length difference that is causing significant issues, you can either undergo surgery to fix the problems or use a heel insert that goes in your shoe. If you don't use either option, you have to learn how to work around your leg length discrepancy during a workout. Unfortunately, no amount of exercises to correct leg length discrepancy can fix this problem.
