Wysolone only if other pain killers do not work. You may consult rheumatologist/orthopaedic surgeon. He will prescribe you pain killers which are effective on severe pain. Hot fomentation and some breathing exercises and exercises can work. You cannot get permanent pain relief from medicines. You have to take medicines for continuously. Additionally, diet therapy from a good dietician can work.

Steroids are not advisable for a long duration as this condition is not curable.
But it can be under control with medications and exercises
need to consider breathing exercises
if possible can try swimming/cycling .best for ankylosing spondylitis.
Saaz 1gm has to be taken with frequent monitoring of your blood profile/lft.

Below are exercises that strengthen the lower back and help manage lower back pain:
1. Bridges—lie on the ground and bend the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.
Press the feet into the floor, keeping the arms by the sides.
Raise the buttocks off the ground until the body forms a straight line from the shoulders to the knees.
Squeeze the buttocks with the shoulders remaining on the floor.
Lower the buttocks to the ground and rest for a few seconds....more

Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner. If possible try to get private online consultation from us over phone or online we will give you guidelines how to prevent further dislocation and how to totally recover.
