2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

U can do CBC, Stool exam from some lab. If its normal go for endoscopy. Mostly intestinal infection can be diagnosed with symptoms. for this u need to give details of ur case.

Blockage in intestine means intestinal obstruction .subacute obstruction may be treated conservatively without surgery but acute and complete obstruction should be treated by surgery. But. The final decision. Should be made by the treating surgeon.
