You need to do exercise daily. Cardio exercises like walking, running, playing badminton or basket ball or any other sport, swimming, cycling etc.

U can do CBC, Stool exam from some lab. If its normal go for endoscopy. Mostly intestinal infection can be diagnosed with symptoms. for this u need to give details of ur case.

1.Take home cooked, fresh light food.
2. Drink boiled water.
