agreed with both above doctors.. such practices invites superbug and harm u more . pls don't do this in future . consult your doctor first. lybrate is not a platform to prescribe antibiotics to Patient without seeing them . so no one would guide u on this. simple way is go to yr doctor .asap

U need to do CBC, LFT, KFT from a lab. Also an ECG. Most probably it’s because of gas
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

As you said you have gastric issues and your hpylori is positive you should take treatment for that first before going towards homeopathy.
As per my own knowledge homeopathy takes much time to show its affect on the problem. My suggestion would be to take allopathy treatment first and be symptom free and then opt for homeopathy.

lax lower esophageal sphincter means that the lower end of esophagus which connects to the stomach is not as tight as expected. It would explain any symptoms of indigestion ,belching, reflux of food into the mouth, heart burn that he might be having.
