Looks like it's because of your poor stamina. How long have you been doing this? Rhinitis also causes similar problems. Keep running try to build up you stamina. You can take antihistamines if you get frequent rhinitis. For specific medication and advice do consult.

- Symptoms of dengue include high fever, headache especially behind eyeballs, muscle & joint pain, weakness, nausea, body rash & in severe cases bleeding from internal organs & organ failure
