Hi sir,
for your lower back strain:
take rest,
apply ice on that strain area,
after 2-3 days keep ift machine in the physiotherapy department.
Shoulder joint problem:
due to over pressure on your shoulder joint leads to pain.
Give rest for that,
apply hot packs fermentation,
don't over pressure on that area till your pain subsides.

Hi. This may bcos of piriformis muscle tightness. Kindly stretch your piriformis, hamstring and gluteus muscle. This may reduce 70 percent of the pain. Then strengthen your buttocks muscle.

Advice to wear a lumbosacral belt and apply ice 2-3 times a day. Avoid any bending, twisting activities. If it gets better after 2-3 days its ok else need to consult an orthopedician.
