1. Neck stretch keeps your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.

It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and right shoulder. Kindly consult gastroenterologist. You can drink hot water to feel better along with regular aerobic activities and breathing exercises.
