It seems like you are providing information about the results of a semen analysis. Semen analysis is a test that evaluates various parameters of semen, including sperm count, motility, and morphology. The results you've shared indicate the distribution of sperm based on their motility. Here's what each category typically means:
total sperm: this represents the overall number of sperm in the ejaculate. In your case, it appears to be 30%.
Active sperm (progressive motility): these are sper...more

Dear lybrate-user,
requested to consult in private consultation to evaluate your case with our infertility expert, so that she can provide you further advise and mode of treatment suitable to you. After the evaluation, it will be determined whether your husband's sperm is viable or not. If ivf is not an option you wish to consider, we can look into alternative options.

The ability to increase sperm count and motility with medication depends on the underlying cause of the issue. It's important to note that individual responses to treatment can vary, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Here are some general considerations:
hormonal imbalance: elevated levels of fsh and lh can indicate a hormonal imbalance. This imbalance may affect sperm production and quality.

Hello-
as per your history, issues like ed, varicocele, and low t can be associated with one common cause, which is over masturbation. Since moderns science still consider masturbation healthy, you will not be getting an ideal treatment. Even varicocele is curable without surgery. Better to switch to ayurveda now or else you might prolong you suffering.

The liquefaction test is a part of a standard semen analysis that assesses the time it takes for the semen to change from a gel-like consistency to a more liquid form after ejaculation. Normally, semen liquefaction should occur within 20 to 30 minutes. The presence of sperm threads after liquefaction is not typical and may suggest incomplete liquefaction or issues with the composition of semen.
Incomplete liquefaction could be due to various factors, including infection or inflammation. It's...more
