Hi dear friend.
I noted down your history. Here are the few points I would like to add from my side.
1) your pulse rate was/is high because your hb was/is low. 2) now as it is better than before but still you should take some supplements for vitamin b12 as well. 3) consume diet rich in iron like spinach, beetroot, dryfruits, eggs etc.
4) if all the above is corrected and still pulse is high then need to see for other issues like anxiety.
Thanks and regards.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to help you.
Lifestyle modification (like increase physical activities, sufficient sleep, removal of stress, proper diet) is succinct for most of the people in this condition, but you have not mentioned the reports, need more detailed history and the reports for the same.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a further treatment/diet/workout plan.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Madam, I have seen the details. However, you have mentioned only tsh value, nothing about t3 & t4. It is necessary to know those values also. Tsh 4.6 mu/l is not really high. It must be with in the normal range mentioned in your lab report. In uncontrolled hypothyroidism tsh invariably goes uch higher and t4 values also may be low. Please come back with all the values also mention your weight & height. Thanks.

It's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice based on your husband's specific health condition. Elevated creatinine levels and a reduced estimated glomerular filtration rate (egfr) may indicate kidney dysfunction, and managing diabetes is crucial in such cases. Here are some general considerations:
diabetes management: ensuring optimal blood sugar control is essential. Your husband should adhere to his prescribed diabetes medications, follow a balanced diet,...more

I understand your concern regarding the increase in your hba1c levels, signaling a shift towards pre-diabetes. This shift, even with a seemingly healthy lifestyle, can be perplexing.
To address this:
medical evaluation:
schedule a consultation to thoroughly discuss recent hba1c results, considering your medical history and lifestyle changes.
Medication assessment:
provide details about your current medications, including lodoz 5 and uvox 50, to evaluate any impact on blood su...more
