one needs to knoww what medications you are on, since when, what your exact bp is. Please keep a record of medications, what time you take the medicines. Alos measure bp three times in a day-morning, evening just before taking bp medication and once in afternoon. All after sitting for 5 minutes. Please consult afgain with these details

Due to 20 minutes of cardiac arrest it is possible that she might have had some brain injury. Cannot say much online without knowing the details. Pls ask the icu doctor about the condition. If she is still unconscious, mri brain would help with knowing prognosis.
