No it is not normal.
First check cbc & consult with doctor if they say based on report then take her to nearest govt hospital or private hospital if you can afford.

Your anti hypertensive medicine be monitored on advise of your doctor being a bita blocker might affect your heart rate, too.
Triggering ,factor is your weight need to be monitored , first to ease your problem.
Go for meditation to reduce your stress inorder to restore sound sleep in the night.
Go for morning walk in the morning for 40 mnts.
Avoid , junk food, alcohol and nicotine.
Tk, care.

Diet for low BP.
Drink lots of water and juices. Keep hydrated. Take low carbohydrate foods. Take foods high in vitamin B12 such as eggs, meat, milk products, fortified breakfast cereals, and some nutritional yeast products. Also foods high in folate such as dark leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, eggs, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, and grains.

you must consult your cardiologist again. It seems the diuretics dose may be a little too much for him, hence the decrease in blood pressure and other related effects. The dose may need to be adjusted based on his response.
A second reason could be a dip in blood sugar .if dapaone has recently been introduced, you may need to check his blood sugar in case it is becoming too low in the evening.
Take care.
