you must consult your cardiologist again. It seems the diuretics dose may be a little too much for him, hence the decrease in blood pressure and other related effects. The dose may need to be adjusted based on his response.
A second reason could be a dip in blood sugar .if dapaone has recently been introduced, you may need to check his blood sugar in case it is becoming too low in the evening.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light

Good control of hypothyroidism is very essential for improving bp to normal levels --so have 3 monthly check-up of tft and consult your endocrinologist / consultant physician who will take care of low bp treatment also--when life style adjustments fail in controling low bp.---ok.
