1) Lose some weight.
2) Limit your sugar intake.
3) Follow a low carb diet.
4) Eat more fiber rich foods.
5) Do some exercise regularly.
6) Avoid trans fat.
7) Increase your intake of unsaturated fats.
8) Take proper meals.
9) Take proper sleep.
10) Don't skip meals.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user. Your triglyceride level is very high. It means you have been taking food which is very rich in saturated fat. High triglyceride levels may lead to atherosclerosis of arteries which in turn may lead to blockage of arteries. I would advise you to follow a very strict diet and avoid eating oily and greasy food. Also you will be required to take medicine for reducing the triglyceride level. If you want a prescription for that you can message me or consult your physician.

Use sunscreen above 30spf daily as often as possible.
Avoid going out in sun. Use umbrella.
Splash your face with cold water after coming back from sun.
Drink plenty of water.
Apply melalite at bedtime.
Apply aloe vera gel when indoor.

At present there is no cure for any of the mucopolysaccharide diseases.Enzyme replacement therapy (ERT)has been approved by the FDA for several of the MPS diseases, but ERT has not been shown to be effective in MPS III.
