Hello Lybrate user. After dinner, may be the temporary filling in the teeth is removed. Even if it's a part of teeth also. There will be no problem. Don't worry. There is no need to extract the teeth. But I advice you to do temporary filling again and wait and then you can do crown fixation. Hi. Swelling in facial region, association with cavity when infection from the tooth goes to bone and gums. If doctor suggested rct, get the treatment done for permanent cure. Meanwhile, lukewarm water with salt will help in decreasing the pain and infection both.
