Hello Sir, I am 28 years old man. Recently I have a health check up. In result, all was ok but found sgpt 63 sgot 35. and triglycerides 180 bilirubin 1.in usg liver size is 13.4 and written fatty liver grade one. Is there anything to worry abt. My weight is 77 kg nd height is 170 cm. What to do next .i never had alcohol and never smoke.in my entire life. please suggest the best.

One month before I did blood test at that time serum bilirubin was 2.10 and sgpt was 129 and sgot was 200 after intek medicine again I did blood test now SGPT and sgot is on normal range but still serum bilirubin is 1.8.
