Yes your sgpt can aslo due to liver fatty and also liver fatty can be due to alcohol, over weight (obesity). You need to start treatment before it's too late.

I have seen all the details given, you are on multiple drugs and have a well controlled glucose level. That is really good. As regards taking Udiliv for reducing liver enzyme levels, it has really no role in that. There is in fact no specific medicine for this particular action. Regular exercise, avoiding alcohol (if being taken) are the major remedies. There are certain Ayurvedic tablets which do claim of improving liver functions. Which may be tried. Thanks.
