Give her a diet which doesn't have the food which can cause flatulence, like avoid cabbage, beans, rajma, white chana, and don't mix cooked and uncooked good, eat small meals every 3 hours, walk for 15 minutes after each meal, and you can try this homeopathic remedy, carbo veg 30, when problem is more, but this doesn't replace your personal consultation with a doctor, do see a doctor once you can consult any registered homeopathic practitioner.

Overdose of anything can be potentially damaging. When we talk of vitamins, the water soluble vitamins B and C are excreted in urine when taken in larger than required quantities, but fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are stored in liver and are not excretedin urine. Their overdosage does cause toxicity hence any intake in excess of required quantity is not recommended.
