Ou need watch out for your fat and protein intake. Go for vegetable protein that are high in branch chain amino acids and low in fat. Take medium chain triglycerides oil like coconut oil that is easily available without taxing the liver. Small frequent meals with adequate carbohydrates is very essential.

Getting tonsil infection tells that your eating habits are not good, either you take less of spicy food or less of salty food, to avoid it often keep yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you. Regarding your fatty liver you need to tell me about your drinking alcohol habit or fat diet intake, reduce it, if have it.

to make your liver healthy, first stop attacking it with alcohol. It will become healthy automatically. If you keep taking alcohol then there is no way of making it healthy. It will end up severe damage leading to cirrhosis in the long run.
