To clear your doubts get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and Get your blood checked for CBC sgpt sgot and follow up with reports and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

Fatty liver is verry common problem now a days due to lifestyle and food habit. Sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy food habits are the trigger factor. Avoid oily, fatty, Junk food.Take Bland diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits.Avoid Alcohol consumptiion if you are having. Regularly monitor your LFT(Liver function test)
