Human-to-human transmission of rabies virus has only been documented from infected organ/tissue donors to transplant recipients.
So though theoretically it is possible for you to get infected by rabies, most likely you are safe. Of if want more security, it would be better to get vaccinated as well.
No harm in vaccination.

Hi sir
first of all take care of your foot wear. Avoid wearing hard sole shoes and slippers and avoid walking on hard surface for long time. Apply ice on heel and sole 2 times and day.
Apply volini gel
and do exercises like calf stretch and ankle toe movements.

Please consult online or directly. It looks like you have developed a blistering disease. Either an eczema or a bullous disease. Kindly share photographs of affected area and consult. The above 2 conditions are most likely possibility, which wouldn't settle with just antihistamine.

Some orthotics could have been applied earlier but even now these may support to some extent. Some bone friendly herbs also have good effect in bone strength with diet procol and yoga physio also.
