Gynecomastia is different from having fat deposit on your chest. If it is a fat deposit only, simple exercises and weight reduction will help. Gynecomastia on the other hand is increase in the amount of glandular tissue in the breast. It can either be managed by a supervised therapy with estrogen suppressing medications or in some cases with surgical removal of the breast tissue. Please get it looked at by a general surgeon for confirmation.
