I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
In the head and neck, lipomas may develop in areas that are usually devoid of fat (such as under the brow-lifting forehead muscles) or within the fatty pads which normally comprise the cheeks. Lipomas may cause no symptoms, or result in discomfort; most patients are bothered by their unsightly appearance.

The lipoma is the painless lump which can appear on any part of the body. Prevalence is 2% per 100 people. It is a great matter of cosmetic problem if it appears on the face and hands. Usually, the treatment is surgical excision. There are chances of recurrences after the surgical intervention. Thus with Homoeopathy, we can treat this condition effectively and the chances of recurrences also are prevented.

Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Homeopathy has no role in lipoma management
what ever lipoma is bigger of problematic, get it removed, do not worry for rest of the lesions, there are no medicines to cure it.
Actually it is a part of multiple neurofibromatosis condition
Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL

What is size of lump?Since when r you having this? What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
Is it increasing in size? Is it movable or fix? Is it painful? I need details of the case.
As its not because of eating something nor because of deficiency, so diet will not help
homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.
