Hello
lipomas are harmless conditions of the skin. They happen because of accumulation of excess of fat in our body. If you surgically remove the lipomas, there is no guarantee that it will not recur. In many patients, the lipoma reappears in the same place where it was before. In case, the lipoma is causing a lot of disability or pain, you can get it removed. Otherwise, there is no harm in it at all.

If lipoma are negligible size and if they are not troublesome you may not need any medicine. But if they are troublesome then you need treatment, and homoeopathic has very good result for lipoma.

Lipoma is just excess fat deposition in the body. It is important to increase the tone of your skin and muscles to prevent protrusion of such fat pads by drinking water, keeping yourself hydrated and exercising.
Also on a caution note:
if the lipoma suddenly increases in size, the skin over the lipoma is not pinchable or there is ulceratio over the lipoma then meet a doctor asap.

You will have to get it removed surgically if it is very obviously visible. Otherwise you can leave it as it is.

It can be removed surgically but it can come back.
Other option is homoeopathic treatment. It takes time but gives permanent solution.
You can consult in case you are ready to take homoeopathic treatment.
