If the lipomas are small and does not caue any problem, no treatment is required. If it is big and cause symptom, it has to be operated. Consult a general surgeon for advice and treatment.

Hi lybrate-user. .lipomas are harmless locally as there are no symptoms but they become a concern because of aesthetic and growth problem. You need to take a proper homeopathic treatment for the same. And also you need to exercise regularly sometimes it may be because of cholesterol levels.
