The most common way to treat a lipoma is to remove it through surgery. This is especially helpful if you have a large skin tumor that’s still growing. A more detailed discussion may help to address your issue in a better way. So let's connect over a call for further consultation.
Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Lipomas are typically less than 2 inches (5 centimeters) in diameter, but they can grow. Sometimes painful. Lipomas can be painful if they grow and press on nearby nerves or if they contain many blood vessels.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.

Hello dear Lybrate user,
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Homeopathy has no role in lipoma management
what ever lipoma is bigger of problematic, get it removed, do not worry for rest of the lesions, there are no medicines to cure it.
Actually it is a part of multiple neurofibromatosis condition
Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL

Usually, the treatment is surgical excision. There are chances of recurrences after the surgical intervention. Thus with Homoeopathy, we can treat this condition effectively and the chances of recurrences also are prevented.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, lipomas are pain less and non significant generally. You need to do kapalbhati pranayam for 20 minutes daily. Also you need to take udwartan therapy for atleast 15 days for 4 months and take raktmokshan at regular intervals.

1. Lipoma. Depending on the size and location, it can be removed sooner. Chances of Lipoma converting to a cancer is rare.
2. Varicose veins are best to be treated early.
One would get best results when the treatment is performed before the veins get too enlarged.
