You will need to remove it surgically. Sometimes we give injection within the lipoma so that it decreases without any surgery. No creams or tablets will help in decreasing the lipoma

If it is a lipoma, no medicine is going to work. This would need to be removed with very simple, painless surgery. Normally, this can be done in few minutes in the outpatient.

Lipomas are benign tumours and generally do not cause any harm. If a lipoma is growing in size, has pressure effects, or cosmetically not acceptable the it should be removed. Surgically. They cannot be cured with medicines.

No other treatment apart from surgery. Even no surgery is required if they are not troubling you in sense of pain or getting larger.

You can go for surgery as per their size n suffering from that. But there will not be guarantee for no recurrence. Usually its a recurrent complaint. So, though if you go for surgery, better you go for homeopathy as per your constitution n symptoms.

Hi lybrate-user,
I appreciate you seeking help. Lipomas are benign, and the risk of them getting malignant is usually very low. Nevertheless, should it be concerning you owing to cosmetic reasons, you may decide to get them surgically removed. Simultaneously, I would advise you to take care of your dietary habits and lifestyle first. Should you be taking more of oily, fatty & sweet foods, do cut down your intake of such foods, and focus instead on more of green leafy vegetables & fresh fruit...more
