You will need to remove it surgically. Sometimes we give injection within the lipoma so that it decreases without any surgery. No creams or tablets will help in decreasing the lipoma

A lipoma or multiple lipomas that exceed 5 cm in size and cause cosmetic disfigurement, pain or restrict movement in individuals, require surgical interven...more

If it is a lipoma, no medicine is going to work. This would need to be removed with very simple, painless surgery. Normally, this can be done in few minutes in the outpatient.

There are no medicines for treatment of lipomas. If the diagnosis of lipoma is confirmed (by FNAC or biopsy), you can get any painful or large ones removed by surgery.

They are found most often on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can occur almost anywhere in the body. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time.
Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth.
The cause of lipomas is not completely understood, but the tendency to develop them is inherited. A...more

Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. Less likely, that any of the oils can remove the permanent tattoos. These you can discuss accordingly on contacting.
