No. You will have to get them removed with surgery.
There are other options like if you make a bee sting you on that area, it will go but I highly doubt if someone will do that and do it perfectly.
Liposuction is an option but getting it surgically removed will be better.
If it is not bothering you, you can try natural methods, if they work, well and good.

Get fine needle aspirational cytology FNAC done to confirm lipoma and to rule out other causes of tumor like swelling only cosmetic surgery can remove it only after confirming diagnosis.

The most common way to treat a lipoma is to remove it through surgery. This is especially helpful if you have a large skin tumor that’s still growing. A more detailed discussion may help to address your issue in a better way. So let's connect over a call for further consultation.
Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
In such cases the the cost is around inr 80000 - 120000 depending upon the time taken to complete the surgery. Typically 50-60 lipomas can be removed in a four hour procedure and the cost for this would be approximately inr 100000.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello dear Lybrate user,
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Homeopathy has no role in lipoma management
what ever lipoma is bigger of problematic, get it removed, do not worry for rest of the lesions, there are no medicines to cure it.
Actually it is a part of multiple neurofibromatosis condition
Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL
