Antilipidemic drus for such complicated case is to be treated carefully. Lipidis initially may be controlled by ezetimide & fibrates & diet, exercise etc. If not controlled then for hepatitis b virus is to be treated with nucleotide antiviral drugs with low dose of statin may be given.

We can plan for medication AtorlipF once a day after clinical examination and few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

It can be because of gas. How is your appetite. R you constipated. 1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
