Hi, Lip reduction Surgery is a very good option for you. In the surgery, the inner fat of the Lip will be removed. Surgery takes about 2-3 hours and costs about 50,000/- bucks. Its similar to how ever big or small you build your house if the foundation is not strong it will fall down. But technically speaking implants are the next best to your original tooth compared to bridge. But both has pros and cons .consult a good dentist nearby.
